Together, we will harmonize body, mind, and spirit by embracing yoga as a lifestyle, applying its techniques through Yoga Asana, Pranayama,Meditation, Mantra and Creative Expression. Our exploration will provide deep understanding and reflection, utilizing tools such as Sanskrit, insights from astrology, and creative expression.
Through this diverse array of practices, we will build bridges that foster connection and understanding, uniting us in our pursuit of freedom and oneness – the very essence of Yoga and any spiritual path. Enrollment/Registration

- **Schedule:** Commencing Friday at 16:00 and concluding Sunday at 13:00. A detailed program will be shared one week prior to the workshop.

Included in the Workshop
The participant fee covers all sessions over the three-day workshop, including delightful tea and cake breaks. The venue is equipped with meditation cushions, yoga mats, blocks, cushions, and some bolsters.
What You Need to Bring :
- A blanket (as the venue may have limited supplies).
- Paper and pen for capturing insights and reflections.
- (Optional) Your own yoga mat (or feel free to use one provided by the venue).
- Personal meditation accessories are welcome!
Cancellation Policy
Upon making your reservation, we consider it a commitment to attend the workshop. Please note the following cancellation terms:
- A refund will be issued only if we receive your cancellation request at least **one month before** the workshop begins.
- If a cancellation request is received **later than one month prior**, no refunds will be issued unless we can fill your spot.
- In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled, a full refund will be provided.
We highly recommend that participants consider personal travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that might affect attendance.
